Refund Policy

1. General Policy

designproductionlab operates on a milestone-based payment structure. Refunds are evaluated based on the project stage at the time of cancellation request.

2. Pre-Development Cancellation

If you cancel before any development work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund minus any administrative processing fees.

3. In-Progress Projects

For projects currently in development, refunds are calculated proportionally based on completed milestones. Work delivered and accepted is non-refundable.

4. Completed Projects

Upon delivery and acceptance of the final project, refunds are not available. However, we provide a 30-day post-launch support period to address any issues related to the delivered scope.

5. Disputes

If you believe a refund is warranted, contact [email protected] with your project details. We will review your request within 14 business days.

Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By engaging the services of designproductionlab (Banegårdspladsen 4, 8000 Aarhus C, Danmark), you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern all web development, design, and consulting services provided.

2. Scope of Work

All project deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in the individual project proposal or statement of work. designproductionlab reserves the right to adjust timelines if client-provided materials are delayed.

3. Payment Terms

  • Invoices are due within 14 days of issue date
  • Payments are processed via Stripe through our secure payment link
  • Late payments may incur a 2% monthly administrative fee
  • Project work may be paused if payments are overdue by more than 30 days

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for the delivered project are transferred to the client. designproductionlab retains the right to display the work in portfolios and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding project details, proprietary information, and business data shared during the engagement.

6. Limitation of Liability

designproductionlab's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Aarhus, Denmark.
